Exercise for the Exercise-Phobic

You know you ‘should’ exercise but you have a million reasons why not. You’re too busy, you don’t enjoy it, you can’t afford to join a gym, you’re not motivated or you’re just too tired. All valid excuses. But what if?  What if you found a new way to incorporate movement into your life?  What might the benefits be?

What exercise does:

  • Helps you manage stress
  • Boosts your brain performance
  • Builds strength and endurance
  • Improves sleep
  • Increases Energy
  • Guards against a myriad of diseases

What exercise doesn’t do:

  • Makes you lose weight…Why? Because you can’t outrun a bad diet.
