Exercise for the Exercise-Phobic
“No matter how slow you go, you’re still lapping everybody on the couch.”
You know you ‘should’ exercise but you have a million reasons why not. You’re too busy, you don’t enjoy it, you can’t afford to join a gym, you’re not motivated or you’re just too tired. All valid excuses. But what if? What if you found a new way to incorporate movement into your life? What might the benefits be?
What exercise does:
- Helps you manage stress
- Boosts your brain performance
- Builds strength and endurance
- Improves sleep
- Increases Energy
- Guards against a myriad of diseases
What exercise doesn’t do:
- Makes you lose weight…Why? Because you can’t outrun a bad diet.
Do you often tell yourself you really should start exercising to improve your health? Do you wish you had the strength and energy to play with your kids more? Go on an adventure vacation? Or just accomplish everyday tasks?
All those things require a strong and resilient body, which means you're going to have to work at it. Deep down we all know that exercise is good for you. But deep down many of us also dislike doing it.
What if I can show you an exercise that can be done anywhere and with a really small time commitment that will also give you a whole ton of benefit?
